Chain of Command
While all leaders and officers converge informally, the following will apply:-
The chief overseer seeks the interest of the Hierarchy, all ministers, leaders, members, branches and affiliates. If the leaders join the hierarchy, it becomes the church council.
Pastors seek the interest of evangelists, local members, and elders. Evangelists seek the interest of all lost souls. The musical session now is under the jurisdiction of the choir mistress or choirmaster. The band session is led by the band leader and usher executives.
The Church President seeks the interest of all members home and abroad and supervises the Administration and Secretariat
Pillars seek the interest of general welfare and Sectional heads.
Sectional heads seek the interest of Decons
Decons/nesses seek the interest of the Band and the general welfare of the church

Note: seeking interest means - interrelating, visiting each other, discussing issues, and taking part in church activities. (empathy, Fasting, praying and visiting, etc).

Department of Church Mothers
The church has a department for church mothers.
The department comprises of three devoted women led by the head church mother who gives needed information to members who need personal guidance on the following:
Marriage, weddings, the blessing of marriages, the naming of baby celebrations, baby dedications, end-of-exam celebrations, birthdays, recovery from sickness, thanksgiving services, remembrance service, and engagement to be married process and baptism.
Note that each of the events has its own specific guidelines and unless the individuals contact the church mothers they will not know what the specific guidelines are. So it is very expedient that anyone who falls into any of these categories, according to his or her desire must contact the department so that the department can facilitate a liturgical program for the individual so that the outcome will be successful.

For more information on these matters of the church contact (the head church mother, Ev. Elizabeth Afram during church services).
